Anna’s Cupboard’s Food Pantry Eligibilty Requirements
Anyone interested in securing our services must adhere to the following:
- You must be a resident of St. Louis City, St. Louis County, St. Charles County, & Warren County. Due to demand, we will not accept clients from outside these four communities even if referred. The ONLY exception is if there is an exigent need. For example, coming out of a homeless situation, fire, domestic violence, etc.
- Clients must be working with a case manager or pastor with whom the need can be verified. Anna’s Cupboard will ask each client for their referral information. If the name of a specific person from an agency or church cannot be provided, the request will be denied. After the initial referral has been made, the client will contact Anna’s Cupboard, at which point an application will be completed.

- Anna’s Cupboard will contact the designated case manager/pastor identified for verification. If the agency or church cannot verify the preliminary client contact, the application will be denied.
Clients will need to provide the following pieces of documentation:
- Copy of driver’s license or official ID issued by the state
- A copy of the occupancy permit listing all occupants, (public housing for senior citizens will not have this available, in which case the requirement for a permit will be waived). All present occupants must be verified.
